About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master of Science in Counseling from Avila
University. I work with a variety of clients such as individuals, couples, families, athletes, and
adolescents. My treatment approach to therapy is interpersonal, integrating Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy, solution focused based and interpersonal. I have previously worked at an a residential, an acute
inpatient psychiatric facility for children and adolescents, families, interned at a private practice, a
professional athlete, worked with adults and substance use as well. I am now solely in private practice,
and I offer individual, family, and couples counseling. My approach to therapy is our past can sometimes.
hold us back for accepting the future and can lead to what we are struggling with today. My personal
mottos “don’t let yesterday take up too much of today” – Will Rogers. My mission as a clinician is to
focus on the “root” of the problem, rather than focus on symptoms that can cause distractions. (Insert
